Who We Are

Popco Inc. began doing underground utility work in 2004. The owners, having spent most of their lives in the Mechanical Contracting business wanted to offer another service to their Georgia based business. Collectively organizing the management team was easy having worked with a variety of employees for years and hand picking our crew to start up the new venture.

Popco is a licensed utility contractor and a member of Georgia Rural Water Association, (GUCA) Georgia Utility Contractors Association and (NUCA) National Utility Contractors Association.

Popco’s leadership has a vast amount of construction knowledge to offer. We work for Municipalities, Engineering companies, Industrial sites, Commercial industries and the Private sector as well.

Popco’s on site superintendents are trained experienced veterans of 40+ years of excavation experience to 40+ years of training and experience of Crane operation, rigging, heavy lifting and hauling. Our guys know how to get it done safely and our crews are second to none when it comes to their job in utility maintenance and installation.
