- Soft dig pot holing:
Popco always uses “Call Before You Dig” (811) for utility locating services. Then we use a soft dig high pressure water and vacuum system to remove soil while locating important existing utilities without the danger of mechanical excavation. This saves time, money and the frustration of utilities customers loosing service due to unprofessional means and careless acts of mechanical excavation without verifying utility locate markings prior to digging for the installation or sewer, water, storm or other utilities.
- Underground utilities installation:
Popco installs communication duct, man holes and cables, process waste piping, sewer and drain, storm water management, gravity drain, force main, electrical conduit/ duct bank installation, potable water, reclaim water and purification piping. Popco also utilizes the latest equipment available to achieve proper grade elevation during installation of their systems. These units are well maintained and calibrated as needed for accuracy.

- Laser alignments of pumps motors and drives:
Popco has available the latest equipment in Laser alignment for pumps motors, drives etc. and trained personnel to achieve the tolerance you are looking for in your equipment drives.
- Bypass pumping:
From bypassing an entire plant to bypassing a single waste drain, we have the equipment and manpower to handle your needs. Systems can be designed for automatic startup of backup systems to notifying you by phone or email when there is a small problem, before it leads to a big problem.
- Underground pipe lining:
Popco can install cure in place or slip lining in existing waste drains that eliminate costly excavation of asphalt, concrete and equipment removal to repair deteriorated piping and waste drains.
- Manhole rehabilitation:
Popco can install a variety of liners, polymers, epoxy and grouts to save cost of installing new man ways in most systems that have some degree of deterioration or erosion but not a structural failure.

- Oxidation ponds:
Also called lagoons or stabilization ponds are large, shallow ponds designed to treat wastewater through the interaction of sunlight, bacteria, and algae. Algae grow using energy from the sun and carbon dioxide and inorganic compounds released by bacteria in water. During the process of photosynthesis, the algae release oxygen needed by aerobic bacteria. Mechanical aerators are sometimes installed to supply yet more oxygen, thereby reducing the required size of the pond. Sludge deposits in the pond must eventually be removed by dredging. Algae remaining in the pond effluent can be removed by filtration or by a combination of chemical treatment and settling.
